Extended Tracked Delivery

Tracked delivery is available to a range of additional destinations, with tracking provided throughout. Free on orders over £200.

  • Online payment is available for Belgium, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
  • For other destinations or where online payment is unavailable, please contact us to arrange payment by IBAN bank transfer.

Dispatch process

Orders placed before 14:00 UTC Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends or public holidays observed by our fulfilment team, are processed on the next working day. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch.

  2. Prepared for dispatch

    Your order is securely prepared and handed over to the appropriate delivery network.

  3. Tracking issued

    You’ll receive confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

  4. Tracked delivery

    Follow the progress of your order using the tracking information provided.

Parcel handling

Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Once dispatched, tracking information is provided so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

  • If your parcel is missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Any carrier investigation does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Once fulfilment has begun, changes may not be possible.

Product availability and delivery restrictions

Some products cannot be supplied to certain destinations because of legal, regulatory or delivery restrictions. We reserve the right to decline or cancel the affected items where these restrictions prevent us from fulfilling your order.

If this happens, we will notify you promptly and refund any payment taken for the cancelled items, together with any delivery charges attributable to them. If the entire order is cancelled, we will refund the full amount paid, including delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
